What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrative Assistant position at Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital?
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level independent administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in meeting external and internal organizational needs that would otherwise require the CEO's time.

- Manages extremely active calendar of appointments for the CEO
- Assists with the MD calendar, coordinating meetings, drafting routine correspondence.
- Acts as department resource in answering questions or directing concerns to the appropriate person.
- Coordinates and attends meetings.
- Prepares agenda and minutes for scheduled meetings.
- Answers phone calls and screens calls for the CEO and sets up appointments as needed.
- Makes travel arrangements when needed.
- Assists other leadership as necessary
- Resolves issues relevant to job functions, office procedures and work flow to ensure efficiency in the administration office.
- Manages special projects as designated by the CEO.
- Assists with MD credentialing.
- Helps organize and maintain legal documents.
- Manages contract authorization process.
- Organizes events as directed by the CEO
- Minimum two (2) years' previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Maintains confidentiality of employees and vendors at all times
- Detail oriented with accurate data entry skills
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency with software and/or equipment (Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize projects, work relatively independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, many of which are confidential
