You would be leading and overseeing the company's financial activities for continued growth and success, with a unique opportunity to marry both sides of the coin in the healthcare finance realm, accounting and revenue cycle management. The accounting and patient billing teams would be under your purview. As a strategic partner in our leadership team, you would ensure ROC is successful monetarily and support the operational leaders in providing excellent patient care. We want our patients to get back to moving the way they want to be moving, and the patient care ROC provides is a major part of that!

What would you do as the Finance Director?
You can expect to regularly :
- Oversee accounts payable / receivable, payroll and general ledger / subledgers for all entities;
- Oversee revenue cycle management, vendor contracts and overall performance of patient billing collections;
- Oversee Physician Pay Schedule, verify formulas, expenses and related items;
- Ensure the company’s strong financial standing including compliance and risk management;
- Monitor current cash situations for all entities;
- Analyze financial trends and performance to monitor and predict financial health and prepare related reports for executives and shareholders;
- Establish and update appropriate controls, procedures and systems related to cash handling;
- Generate and maintain all reporting at Federal, State, CMS and company requirements and respond to areas of attention as needed;
- Review prepared monthly, quarterly and annual reports for business taxes and licenses, including business license applications and other related reports;
- Engage with CPA on complex transactions and items needed for their preparation of tax returns and audits;
- Evaluate, find, and recommend solutions and improve information systems and technology that enable the group to further refine efforts, and automate processes.
- Be a champion and a positive change agent for the organization’s mission, vision, guiding principles and initiatives;
- Contribute to the overall success of the company through participation in and support of cross functional activities, communications, processes, policies, protocols, and best practices;
- Collaborate with executives, directors, managers and other staff within the organization;
- Assess assigned departments’ overall function and operations using industry benchmarks and execute changes continually to maximize effectiveness and efficiency;
- Develop, implement, monitor and report on assigned departments’ annual budget and goals;
- Supervise and lead direct reports by motivating, inspiring, and supporting staff to a higher level of engagement, productivity, and quality outcomes;
- Conduct performance reviews, review work and provide educational and development opportunities for direct reports;
- Assist with personnel situations that are escalated as needed;
- Develop and maintain effective communication within the organization.
