Your attention to detail will allow for the correct information to provided to the clinical team. You are essential to facilitating detailed and precise patient electronic records.

What would you do as a Medical Scribe?
The Medical Scribe is responsible for working with our doctors to ensure accurate patient records. You can expect to regularly:
- Transcribe the patient's history, physical exam findings, consultations, labs, X-rays, and other evaluations into the electronic medical record with accuracy and efficiency during patient visit;
- Rectify mistakes or inconsistencies in patient's electronic medical record;
- Input accurate charges into patient's electronic medical record;
- Ensure the presence of medical scribe in patient exam room does not detract from provider's treatment of patient
Certifications/Educations:
- High School Diploma
- Human anatomy and terminology;
- HIPAA regulations and procedures;
- Communicating effectively in a professional setting
- Experience using electronic medical records systems such as Epic
