Position Summary:
As a Case Manager, it will be your responsibility to build and maintain patient relationships throughout their care at Reno Regenerative Medicine. You will be responsible for acquiring long term, quality patients for the clinic through the implementation of lead conversion systems. You will participate in educating the patients with the findings of an orthopedic exam, diagnostic imaging and delivering a financial breakdown of the overall Care Plan. As a Care Manager, you will focus on understanding patient needs and wants, helping them overcome obstacles and empathizing with their struggles and challenges while influencing them to do what is in their best interest to improve their quality of life.

Performance Objectives:
Develop emotional connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
Perform an initial consultation on new patients to determine medical history, motivating factor and functional goals
Attending Team Meeting to discuss motivating factors and goals of the patients
Create and deliver financial estimates and long term scheduling to patients based on Provider’s orders
Provide and ensure completion of all patient paperwork
Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan
Ensure that all of the patient’s needs are met, nothing gets overlooked, and care is consistent with the patient’s expressed desires
Execute patient follow up calls
Encourage, resolve concerns, and gather testimonials during care plan
Capabilities/Key Competencies:
Ability to ask exploratory questions
Demonstrate ability to overcome objections and create value and high awareness around physical/functional limitations
Expertise in sales
Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly and effectively connect with patients
Present self in a professional and positive manner in attitude and appearance at all times

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of sales or management experience
Experience working in a private medical practice preferred
