**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Articulating Truck/Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the operation CAT and Peterbilt side dump, articulating trucks, and water trucks. Wash and scrape pug mills. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy equipment such as dump trucks, loader operation, and construction equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety protocols, and be committed to meeting project deadlines.
**Duties:**
- Operate heavy equipment such as dump trucks, loader operation, and construction equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety practices.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Load and unload materials.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure efficient project execution.
- Perform manual labor tasks as needed, including lifting and carrying materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Develop and maintain mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
**Skills:**
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as dump trucks, loader operation, and construction equipment.
- Experience working on a construction site, including exposure to extreme weather conditions and potentially hazardous materials.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation, including dig and build tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry materials as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as needed.
-Will train the right individual, must have a valid driver license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
