Reno Staffing is looking for Swing Shift Machine Operators for an Organic Tea Manufacturer in the Sparks area!
This is a great temp to hire family friendly position with opportunity for paid holidays, PTO and health insurance upon conversion. Bus line accessible and in town!

Shift : Monday – Friday 3 : 00 p.m. – 11 : 30 p.m.
Pay : $15.25 / hr.
Location : Sparks, NV
Spanish only speaking okay!
Summary :
Operating tea machine at a fast pace while following good manufacturing practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Other duties may be assigned.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production line environment.
- Ability to climb step ladder and go up lift frequently. Must have awareness of heights and balance.
- Regular stooping, kneeling, climbing, bending at the waist, reaching, and handling.
- Basic computer skills.
- Maintain and follow sanitation procedures.
- Manually pack units of bulk tea or teabags / boxes, and packages into shipping cases, seal and tape boxes as required. Assist in machine setup and cleaning. May operate machinery to produce finished products.
- Work in an environment that is dusty and be able to work on feet for duration of shift.
