Renoir Staffing is currently looking for a Leasing Agent that is great at sales, marketing and above all, customer service!
General functions of the leasing Agent:
- Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed effectively and in a timely manner
- Tours prospective residents via in-person or Zoom
- Assists applicant with the application process
- Creates and updates marketing ads
- Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager
- Assists residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home
- Completes move-in walk-through with new residents
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations
- A problem solver; able to provide solutions!
- Knowledge of Property Management software
- Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHA
- Knowledge of all rental processes and marketing trends
- Knowledge of Excel, WORD, Outlook
- Works well under pressure and maintains a positive, friendly attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
