Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Renovatio Clinical. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical research setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
