What are the responsibilities and job description for the Worship Leader for Renovation Youth position at Renovation Church?
Welcome to Renovation Church, where we strive to create an environment where young people can grow in their faith and develop a deeper connection with God. Our Renovation Youth ministry is looking for a Worship Leader to lead our Wednesday evening gatherings, which attract around 150-200 students.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong musical background, preferably experienced in leading worship teams. The successful candidate will work closely with our Creative Director to establish a compelling vision for worship, develop strategies to achieve it, and oversee the setup and execution of each service.
Key responsibilities include setting up the worship center, programming lighting, building Ableton sessions, and recruiting/training volunteers. This person will also attend regular staff meetings, participate in Sunday morning worship, and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance their skills.
