Role Purpose
The General Manager leads the Tampa branch like an owner — driving revenue, margin, and backlog while building a high-performing team and culture. This role blends operational know-how, leadership depth, and business acumen. The GM is responsible for aligning the field and office teams, investing in people, and upholding Renovia’s standards and values every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Tampa Branch Performance: Oversee revenue, profitability, backlog health, and client satisfaction
- Lead and Develop the Team: Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable to high standards
- Build Contractor Capacity: Forecast labor needs and develop strong trade partner relationships
- Recruit and Grow Talent: Drive hiring, onboarding, and leadership development across departments
- Align Sales & Operations: Ensure collaboration between Estimating, Sales, and Production to drive smart growth
- Remove Roadblocks: Solve daily issues and reduce friction so teams can execute efficiently
- Champion Safety & Quality: Foster a safety-first culture and lead by example on jobsite excellence
- Represent Renovia: Act as a culture carrier and ambassador of our values in every customer and team interaction

Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Excel, Salesforce CRM, scheduling tools, and job costing platforms
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong communicator — clear, direct, and motivating
- Familiarity with estimating software, PDF tools, CompanyCam, EagleView, RS Means
- OSHA 30 certified and knowledge of construction safety best practices preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Total Year 1 Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000
- Base Salary: $140,000 – $160,000
- Bonus Opportunity: Up to 25% based on branch performance
- Vehicle: Company vehicle provided or mileage reimbursement if using personal vehicle
