Internship or Work/Study Opportunity: Architectural and Interior Design Services

ASAP - This position will be a paid hourly W-2 part time position.
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated admin to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a student or professional passionate about residential and commercial architecture and/or interior design to gain hands-on experience in the field. You will work closely with our team and contributors and designers on various stages of design and execution, providing you with a comprehensive view of the industry. There will be several internal projects that you will be working on and will spend some time on active construction project jobsites.
Responsibilities:
Assist project teams in the development of architectural and interior design projects from concept through to completion.
Participate in client meetings and presentations.
Communicate project details and expectations with engineers and general contractors.
Visit job sites to observe construction progress, understand project logistics, and assist with documentation.
Engage with suppliers and contractors to understand materials and products used in our projects.
Support the marketing of the business with social media content creation, showcasing our projects and design philosophy.
Perform administrative and organizational tasks to support project delivery.
Engage in research activities related to new materials, design trends, and sustainable practices.
Qualifications:

Basic proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (Phone & Email)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction.
Eager to learn and contribute to projects with a proactive attitude.
Social media savvy with an understanding of how to engage audiences.
Will be required to have a valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle and active insurance.
