Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact between the team, clients, and vendors for project updates and progress.
- Material & Equipment Management: Organize material orders, deliveries, and ensure inventory is maintained on-site.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, track budgets, and update progress reports.
- Safety & Compliance: Monitor job site safety and ensure building codes and safety regulations are followed.
- Quality Control & Inspections: Help ensure project quality and assist with site inspections.
- Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to the project manager and assist with permits, scheduling, and documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Assist with on-site issue resolution and troubleshooting.
Skills:
- Strong background in construction management
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols
- Experience with pipeline construction projects
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
