Key Responsibilities:
- Direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, transportation, mobilization, and activities of daily living
- Technical procedures, such as phlebotomy and medication administration
- Documentation, ordering, and stocking of supplies
- Accuracy, effective communication, and functioning under stress
Qualifications:
- National Registered Paramedic licensure through the National Registry of EMT
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- ACLS certification by the AHA within 6 months
- PALS certification by the AHA within 6 months
- ITLS certification within 6 months
