ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced and detailoriented Accounting Manager to oversee their financial operations and ensure the accuracy of their financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to communicate effectively across various departments. This role requires a proactive approach to managing the accounting team and collaborating with other departments to support the organization’s financial goals.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff providing guidance and training development to enhance their skills.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Manage daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and internal policies.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Organize event planning related to financial reporting or teambuilding activities as needed.
- Maintain organized files for all financial documents and records.
- Handle calendar management for important deadlines related to financial reporting or audits.
- Provide front desk support when necessary ensuring professional phone etiquette in all communications.
