What are the responsibilities and job description for the DDA Program Coordinator position at Renoxx Caregiver, Inc.?
Under the general supervision of Case Manager, the DDA Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and delivery of DDA Day services (Day Habilitation, Employment Services, Community Development Services, Supported Employment, Employment Discovery and Customization, Vocational Services and Career Exploration Services, Personal Supports, Respite Care) to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The DDA Program Coordinator performs job duties in line with Renoxx Caregivers, Inc. DDA's mission, vision, and philosophy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- New Client Management and Cultivation
- Day Program Activity Planning and Logistics
- New Staff Training
- Individual Initial PCP Meeting and overall PCP Management including quarterly reports
- Staff Scheduling, Supervision, and Management including performance reports, incident reports, and weekly meetings.
Responsibilities are clearly laid out and explained in your employment contract upon hiring.
Qualifications(Education/Training Requirements):
· Bachelor degree from an accredited university in a human services field
· Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
· Be eligible to employed in the special needs industry including pass a background check, not be simultaneously employed at another agency, be physically able to manage the staff and clients according to state guidelines

COVID-19 considerations:
We do multiple daily temp checks, masks, and protective gear is provided to all staff and encouraged on all individuals who are able to wear them. Many services are provided by single caregivers in the homes of individuals. Center use is minimal.
