We are in need of a bilingual (Spanish speaking) self-motivated and experienced recruitment and support specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting staff for all programs, providing administrative support to the HR department, processing reference checks, etc.

The recruitment and support specialist should have the following requirements:
· Recruitment experience
. Bilingual (Ability to speak and interpret Spanish fluently)
· Ability to use and operate office equipment (photocopier, fax machine, printers or other office equipment necessary)
· Ability to handle administrative and clerical duties
· Assist in entering employment data into computer database
· Experience in Record Management
· Create, arrange and maintain filing system, both electronic and physical
. Excellent customer service
Skills
· Ability to speak and interpret Spanish
· Associate degree in HR or related field required
· 1-2 years related administrative experience
· Detail oriented and organized
· Must be computer literate and vast with the use of computer
· Solid understanding and ability to use Microsoft office (Word, excel, outlook etc)
· Good communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
