About The Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. You will work with the Global Marketing team to develop an effective strategy to engage and grow our community. By focusing on community engagement, we would like to promote simplified, smart, and healthy lifestyles in more households.
Responsibilities:
· Partner with creative teams to plan, develop, and post engaging content that aligns with the brand and audience demographics across social platforms.
· Own and manage our social media channels to foster a community promoting wellness and healthy living.
· Work closely with the global marketing, creative, product, and e-commerce teams to support campaign launches, coordinate the latest information, and ensure consistency across channels.
· Drive a feedback system to enable community insights to be passed on.
· Unlock the potential of Social as a powerful engine for lead generation.
· Monitor and analyze performance data of social media accounts to continuously optimize content and strategy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· 4 years of experience managing accounts in social media.
· Experiences in creating visual content and support video editing.
· Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
· Experience in growth stage company or fast-paced environment is preferred.
