Country Manager (United States and North America Operations)
Job Responsibilities:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Identify new business opportunities for RENPHO in the country (United States).
Focusing on offline retail via big chain stores like Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, etc.
Meet with customers/clients face to face / VC / Via Phone.
Develop a pricing strategy to enable all sales channels to co-exist and thrive together.
Develop existing channels of retailers and distributors.
Create business plans for each sales channel.
Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
FORECAST & PLANNING
Oversee whole country business and forecasts for all sales channels, online and offline.
Carry out sales forecasts for each sales channel and consolidate all accounts forecasts for a smooth supply for all customers.
Manage customers’ orders with the help of our logistics department and warehousing as appropriate.
Closely work with finance team to make sure budgeting and forecasts are aligned and make sense on a financial point of view
Implement processes with customers and internal departments to improve the working flow, communication and business operations efficiency.
MARKETING
Discuss and plan promotional strategy/budgeting and activities with the marketing department
Be able to give insightful input regarding local market and consumers’ habits in regards with our industry and competitors.
Initiate contacts with PR agencies to build brand awareness locally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in managing Key Accounts in Retail – in Health / Fitness / Wellness, at least consumer electronics.
Established network and close relationship with key category buyers within each major retailer Master degree or equivalent experience.
Great strategist and fast-learner, able to advocate for the brand in front of business partners.
Excellent negotiation and planning skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English (business level), Mandarin is a plus.
Social Team Player, capable to inspire and elevate his/her team.
Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint Multitasking, flexible and creative
Ability to often travel country-wide to meet business partners.
