Role Overview: As the Creative Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of designers, content creators, and other creative professionals to develop high-quality visual and written content that aligns with our brand’s identity. You'll collaborate closely with other departments to craft compelling campaigns, produce creative assets, and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a creative team in the execution of various design, marketing, and branding initiatives.
Oversee the development and production of creative content across digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into innovative creative solutions.
Maintain a high standard of creativity and brand consistency across all projects.
Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and budget requirements.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the creative output of the team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience 5 years in a creative management role within wellness and Fitness consumer electronic products.
Strong portfolio showcasing your creative leadership and project management experience.
Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. and other relevant creative tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and explain creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
