Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter with proven experience in a headhunting or staffing agency to join our team. This role will focus on implementing and managing recruitment strategies across the U.S. and internationally, ensuring we attract top talent to meet the company’s growing needs.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a headhunting agency or staffing firm, with strong skills in candidate sourcing, evaluation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment Strategy Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet hiring needs across various departments, both domestically and internationally.
Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to understand recruitment priorities and deliver results.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening

Source and identify qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and talent pools.

Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.

Pipeline Management

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate tracking and reporting.

Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure seamless communication and a positive candidate experience.

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.

Market Analysis and Strategy Improvement

Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring strategies to improve recruitment processes.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of global hiring practices.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3-5 years in recruitment, with proven experience in a headhunting or staffing agency.

Skills : Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management skills.

Global Recruitment : Demonstrated ability to manage recruiting efforts across multiple countries, particularly in the U.S.

Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and others.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience recruiting for diverse industries and roles.
