SUMMARY :
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the first point of contact for current and potential customers, handling inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently. The CSR will be responsible for providing accurate quotes, answering inquiries, and assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions. This role does not require prior industry experience, as we provide comprehensive training. However, we seek an energetic, eager-to-learn individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
