POSITION TITLE:

Under minimal supervision the Maintenance Tech performs highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain factory machines

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain Rando Machines
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production hours and on off hours as needed.
• Provide preventative Maintenance Service to machines, keep/update monthly PM schedule.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required service.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to the supervisor.
• Inspect product to verify production specifications.
• Maintain required quality and production levels.
• Knowledge on how to assist P and Maintenance on the machines.

• Fully understands the role of each job on the crew and can perform work duties with little or no
• supervision.
• Fully understands the fiber blending process and job.
• Fully Understands the rewinder process and job.
• Can read and write and accurately collects needed data and transfers to logbook.
• The ability to lift 30-50 pounds.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• 2 Years Factory and Maintenance Experience.
• 2 years working on Rando or other like machinery.
• Low volt electrical experience preferred.

• Dusty, Fumes, Toxic Chemicals
• Cold/Hot Outdoor Temperatures
• Must be able to lift 30-50lbs
• Standing and kneeling for long periods of time
• Confined Spaces
