SUMMARY:

 

We seek a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of regional Channel Sales to join Rensa Filtration's sales team. You'll play a crucial role in raising our revenue base on the East Coast. You will promote and sell Rensa's products to existing and potential distributors, cultivating and expanding relationships to maximize customer retention and expansion opportunities. Your contributions will drive quota attainment, value realization, and cross-selling initiatives.

 

 

 

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Sell our air filter products to develop and close business with a set of target distributors on the East Coast.
  • Conduct joint sales calls with distribution partners at existing/potential end-users to grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  • Appoint manufacturing sales reps to grow our presence in the wholesaler's marketplace.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and extend the company's reach.
  • Meet with existing/potential clients and create comprehensive plans to exceed annual and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Lead customer engagement, support a clear value framework, and foster communications and relationships across their organization and ours.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships within target accounts.
  • Generate revenue by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Follow established sales processes and procedures, including creating and maintaining monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and ensuring excellent CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate with our business development team, as they provide technical support as needed.
  • Cultivate strong relationships to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

 

Education and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience selling industrial products and/or services to distributors, with a preference for experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven success in achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience selling HEPA filters.

 

  • Experience selling to Wholesalers and MRO distributors

 

  • Hunter profile
  • Strong solution-selling skills and the ability to construct compelling proposals.
  • Ability to travel at least 30-40% of the time.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive and solutions-focused; adept at bringing ideas to life, problem-solving, and unifying diverse stakeholders.

 

Salary : $130,000
