POSITION TITLE:
The Filter Service Tech is responsible for all aspects of safely removing and replacing air filters in the customers HVAC or Industrial Air Handlers..
The Filter Service Tech ensures the day-to-day administration of service is handled efficiently and effectively by taking timely action to resolve requests, manage routine systems configuration and maintenance, respond to business questions, and perform root cause analysis of any issues, etc.
ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Expert knowledge in safely handling hand tools and professional interaction with customers’ associates.
- Must have a demonstrated understanding of following safety procedures and instructions.
- Must be able to anticipate problems and issues and exercise independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action in solving problems while knowing when and to whom to escalate issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be highly customer service focused.
- Proficient in cell phone applications.
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience with driving a van.
- Drivers license
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Comfortable working outdoors.
