We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative  to join our team and assist customers with their orders, inquiries, and service needs.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls and emails, processing orders for portable restrooms and roll-off dumpsters, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating pickups.
  • Provide information about our services, pricing, and availability.
  • Accurately enter customer orders and details into the system.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
  • Communicate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and customer inquiries.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous customer service experience (preferably in a service-based or logistics industry).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

    Pay : $14.00 - $21.00 per hour

    Expected hours : 40 per week
