Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls and emails, processing orders for portable restrooms and roll-off dumpsters, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating pickups.
- Provide information about our services, pricing, and availability.
- Accurately enter customer orders and details into the system.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
- Communicate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and customer inquiries.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
