We combined this mission with the offer of a Rent-To-Own option. Many customers buy our products and services retail to take advantage of our low prices. However, many customers like the flexibility of Rent-To-Own. This No Obligation To Buy agreement gives customers the flexibility to try the wheels and tires and return them for any reason, or they can buy them within 90 days for the same retail price as if they bought them the first day, or continue with the low payments and buy the wheels at any time over the first year at 50% off the remaining agreement value. Our job is to sell high quality wheels and tires. We will do our best to find a program that works best for you.

ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you have an excellent track record in collections? We're looking for an Account Representative to join our growing company who understand that collections is more than a simple demand of payment, that knows that the job is to ensure our customers obtain ownership by following our program, someone that inspires teamwork and possess sales success, and customer service that inspires word-of-mouth.

We're a team of over 600 passionate, customer service oriented, sales-driven experts looking for more of the same to join our team. If you're an enthusiastic natural born leader looking for a rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for our Account Representative position.

Highlights of Essential Functions:

  • Organize and supervise all activities in the Collections Department
  • Communicate with past due customers by phone or in writing
  • Visit past due customers in home to collect payments or recover rims and tires
  • Complete necessary record keeping and update files
  • Assist with new customer application verification
  • Assist customers with sales and other team members as needed

Qualifications

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • One year of collections experience
  • Computer use including data entry and information look up, or equivalent
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous recovery experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus


Valid in state Driver's License (Florida), must possess a clean driving record and be able to complete our background screening process.
