Rent's Senior Manager of Inside Sales leads and manages a regional team of quota-carrying Regional Inside Sales Representatives and Business Development Representatives (aka BDRs). This role focuses on driving revenue growth through effective inbound lead acquisition, high-volume outreach, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will be a skilled multitasker with administrative abilities and extensive experience in inside sales management, particularly within a high-paced subscription business model and working with remote teams.

- Oversee a team of Inside Sales Representatives and BDRs, provide coaching mentorship, and align to sales objectives and professional development opportunities.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
- Provides daily coaching and feedback to ensure the team's selling and retaining new and current clients
