We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator / Project Manager to join our team at Rent in Alaska. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating maintenance for our properties, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, owners, and vendors.
Key responsibilities include: conducting move-out inspections, managing property records, addressing maintenance tasks promptly, and coordinating the maintenance team.
Will be responsible for but not limited to: handling unit turns, day-to-day maintenance, repairs, small remodels, and painting. This role requires a hands-on individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all properties are maintained and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is a self-motivator with a keen eye for detail, punctual, and able to clean up thoroughly after each job. They must also maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
