SALESPERSON & SOCIAL MEDIA LEAD
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson & Social Media Lead to join our Rent-to-Own store. This role requires a blend of exceptional sales skills, lead management, and social media expertise. You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, capturing and converting incoming leads (both phone and in-person), following up on online inquiries, and managing our social media account to generate brand awareness and drive business.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Sales Initiatives
Actively engage and convert leads that come in through phone, in-store visits, and online channels.
Follow up on online leads and sales inquiries to ensure a smooth and timely sales process.
Develop and manage our store's social media presence from the ground up (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat etc.).
Meet and exceed weekly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications :
Prior experience managing social media accounts for a business, with the ability to create compelling content.
