We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional House Cleaner to join our team at In & Out Cleaning Services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service for our clients. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness while working in the residential homes we serve everyday.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing as needed.
- Provide custodial services that include cleaning restrooms, kitchens, appliances, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Assist with carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to remove stains and maintain carpet quality.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly for efficient operations.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Experience cleaning homes, offices or hotels is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable transportation is essential for commuting between homes/job sites.
