The Junior Business Analyst will represent the technology team within Rent Ready. This role involves testing and learning the latest technologies, training internal staff on new features and functionality through in-person and written training materials, and providing first-line support for system issues. The individual will become an expert on business applications and processes.

This role involves testing and learning the latest technologies, training internal staff on new features and functionality through in-person and written training materials, and providing first-line support for system issues. The individual will become an expert on business applications and processes.
Major Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound business application support calls and help desk tickets from internal and external customers efficiently, courteously, and knowledgeably.
- Ensure all calls are resolved or appropriately escalated, and maintain customer communication.
- Resolve customer issues by gathering information, understanding their needs, and researching solutions.
- Acquire and maintain working knowledge of a wide range of business applications, processes, and systems.
- Create training materials for system releases and train internal employees on new functionalities.
- Develop IT knowledgebase articles for end-users and instructions for support staff.
- Perform end-user testing for new functionalities as needed.
- Assist in hardware setup and maintenance of corporate equipment and new users.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science is required OR at least 2 years of related experience.
- Experience in learning complex business applications and providing customer support.
- Ability to provide phone and email support to internal and external end-users promptly and professionally.
- Experience working in a high-speed, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Office 365 Administration.
- Knowledge of CRM applications such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Hardware setup and maintenance experience.
- Ability to interact effectively at all management levels and with users within the business.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Flexibility to switch between projects quickly.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems on unfamiliar technology.
- Must be located in the Charlotte, NC metro and available to work in office.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
