Rent Ready is hiring an apartment Maintenance Technician - independent contractor work!
At Rent Ready, we help apartment complexes get their vacant units ready for the next tenant.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience doing interior punch work at apartments units.
- Own tools
- Able to replace and repair items such as faucets, garbage disposables, ceiling fans, door knobs, etc.
- Must be dependable!
Pay:
- Net 14 on Fridays, per unit pay
