About the Role: We are seeking a Power Washing & Window Cleaning Technician to join our team and provide top-tier exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a detail-oriented, hardworking individual who can efficiently operate commercial-grade power washing equipment and perform professional window cleaning. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Power Washing Services:
  • Operate commercial-grade power washers to clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences, and building exteriors.
  • Safely remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other contaminants using proper pressure-washing techniques.
  • Handle and mix cleaning solutions appropriately to maximize cleaning effectiveness.
  • Ensure surfaces are not damaged by adjusting water pressure and using the correct nozzles.
• Window Cleaning Services:
  • Clean interior and exterior windows of residential buildings using professional window cleaning equipment.
  • Use ladders and extension poles to reach high windows while following safety guidelines.
  • Remove dirt, smudges, and streaks, leaving windows spotless and streak-free.
  • Assess and communicate any issues with window seals, frames, or glass integrity to customers.
• Customer Service & Operations:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with clients before and after jobs to confirm expectations and address any concerns.
  • Maintain and properly store all equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
  • Follow all safety procedures to prevent injuries and damage to customer property.
  • Complete job reports and documentation to track completed services and customer feedback.

Core Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in power washing, window cleaning, or general exterior cleaning preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and stand for long periods.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures high-quality cleaning with minimal damage to surfaces.
• Customer Service Skills: Professional, friendly, and capable of clearly communicating with clients.
• Time Management: Ability to efficiently complete jobs while maintaining quality standards.
• Safety Awareness: Understands and follows industry safety protocols when working with high-pressure equipment and ladders.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating commercial-grade pressure washers and window cleaning tools.
• OSHA Safety Certification or similar safety training (preferred but not required).
• First Aid/CPR Certification (preferred but not required).

Time Commitment & Work Schedule

• Minimum 35-hours per week, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
• Flexible scheduling during peak seasons.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $20/hour, based on experience.
• Compensation Schedule:
  • First 90 Days: Hourly, Part-Time.
  • After 90 Days: Salary, Full-Time.
• Benefits Eligibility: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage after probation period.
• Company Vehicle: Designated Surv vehicle for work-related tasks.
• Travel Reimbursement: Up to $150 per year for personal travel.
