About the Job :
Assistant Stylist will assist stylists on set, prep styles and locate samples, manage the styling space, and ensure that stock is organized and accounted for. This role will report to our Deputy Styling Editor located in our Bushwick Style Studio.
What You'll Do :
- Assist stylists on set with steaming, prepping, keeping rails organized for daily photoshoots.
- Work closely with the Samples team to ensure all stock is accurate and styling decks are created in a timely manner.
- Prep all styles ahead of time, locating samples and ensuring each item is organized for the stylists.
- Support with both On-Form and On-Model sets.
- Ensure all products are returned to sample coordinators and styling closet.
- Managing the styling space and set to keep all areas organized.
- Ensure stock is not mishandled and communicate with the samples to team to help keep track of samples / stock.
- Assist on ad hoc projects such as social shoots, editorial shoots and any additional projects that support the business whilst maintaining core job role.
- Assist in supporting any workflow issues and improvements within the fashion studio and working closely with production and studio manager to solve any problems.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $23 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
