About the Job :
We're seeking a versatile Senior Digital Designer with a strong brand and marketing design foundation to create cohesive, customer-focused experiences across the website, email, social media, and paid assets.
You'll collaborate with the marketing and design teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement while occasionally partnering with the Product Team to extend the brand experience to our site and app. If you're passionate about bringing a brand to life across every digital touchpoint, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do :
- Concept, execute, and own the entire creative process across channels-including email, social, paid media, and site-from initial strategy and design to final production, ensuring impactful and high-quality results.
- Work closely with marketing and design teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-quality creative on time and within budget.
- Drive the brand's evolution by exploring new ideas, methods, and production techniques.
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across projects by sharing feedback and working collaboratively.
- Stay informed on industry trends and cultural moments to inspire creative brand expression.
- Bring energy, creativity, and humor to the design team-whether it's brainstorming big ideas, swapping memes for inspiration, or celebrating wins (big or small).
- Navigate ambiguity to deliver impactful creative in a fast-paced environment.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $87,200 to $109,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
