Responsibilities:
-Delivery of rental merchandise (ex. couches and appliances) and ability to lift 75lbs
- Assist in managing daily operations of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the management team to help meet sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management preferred
- Sales background preferred, but will train correct candidate
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
