Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to perform various maintenance and repair tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and operational, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on facilities and equipment.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.
• Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues.
• Handle minor renovations and improvements, including painting, drywall repair, and flooring.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.

Experience

• Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools such as an Ohmmeter is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and management effectively.

Pay: $1,212.00 - $1,697.00 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift
