What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Sales Associate position at Rental Depot?
Rental Depot, Inc. in San Luis Obispo, Ca is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative.
Rental Depot is a family-owned company and has been in business for over 20 years.

Job duties are as follows…
- Establish new rental and sales accounts through telemarketing and by serving call-in customers.
- Process rental quotations, reservations, contracts and invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Educate customers on proper equipment usage and safety procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy of all contract-related information entered in the branch’s computer system.
- Coordinate and track daily equipment pickups and returns.
- Coordinate with all inside and outside branch employees to deliver customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of branch assets.
- Opening and closing duties
Requirements :
o Strong customer service orientation and sales experience / skills
Preferred 1 year Rental Inside Sales experience
