RSW is a leading supplier of aftermarket and OEM replacement parts for construction equipment. Being a parts distribution company, the sales and customer service department is extremely crucial to our success.
As an Independent Accounts/Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Independent Rental Accounts, acting as the liaison between RSW and our customers to address all account-related needs. In this role, you will manage both outbound outreach and inbound communications, providing support and accurate information regarding orders, products, and shipping to existing customers.
Independent Accounts/ Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point for independent accounts.
- Initiate outbound communications to manage and strengthen relationships with independent accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information, including contact details and email records.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calls.
- Handle action items related to independent accounts promptly and efficiently.
- Provide support by answering general inbound calls as required.
- Make a minimum of 30 outbound prospecting calls per day to leads in the construction equipment rental, sales, and service industry.

Independent Accounts/Customer service Qualifications/Skills:
· 3 years of experience in customer service
· Experience with outbound cold calling
· Strong knowledge of the construction/aftermarket parts industry a plus.
· 3 years of experience with account management
· An analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
· Proficiency in using procurement software and systems. Knowledge with NetSuite and Microsoft products is a plus.
· Willingness to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
This is an in-office, full-time position.
