Account Coordinator

Job Location: Orlando, FL Office
No. of Positions Available: 1

Rentex Audio Visual & Computer Rentals is seeking a highly motivated Account Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting multiple account managers of in Administrative functions in Orlando, Phoenix or Las Vegas markets. The selected candidate will be required to perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks given to them from the account managers. This position reports directly to the Director of Customer Service

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to external and internal clients
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with co-workers
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal contacts
  • Effectively manage a high volume of emails with professionalism
  • Build and maintain rapport with Account Managers and different departments across the company
  • Consistently improve knowledge of Rentex rental inventory through self-study, monthly team presentations, and quarterly training sessions
  • Communicate with all Rentex offices regarding returns, time changes, customer gear.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Customer Service

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
  • Basic understanding and skills with Rentex’s inventory platform to solve problems
  • Sales
    • Be personable with an ability to elicit trust and enthusiasm from existing clients.
    • Work with customers to resolve issues involving changes to orders, pricing, PO’s M&D and returns to ensure customer satisfaction while keeping the interests of Rentex in mind.

o Missing Rollover Orders

o Contact Customers for PO’s

o Customer Equipment Return

o Communicate Customer Feedback

o Date/time changes and confirmation (not confirming existing dates/times but getting info that is TBD)

o Delivery/Return changes and confirmation (not confirming existing del/ret but getting info that is TBD)

o Ship/Return method changes and confirmation (not confirming existing del/ret but getting info that is TBD)

o Tax Type changes

o Secure Purchase Orders and enter into system

o Credit Card authorization

o Credit Limit changes

o Secure signatures for all orders

o Coordinate large order calls


Administrative

o Enter received POs into Rentex’s inventory platform

o Properly communicate customer responses to appropriate Rentex departments

o Notify appropriate Rentex departments of issues

o COI maintenance

o Customer contact maintenance

o New customer entry

o Aging statements sent to customers

o Communicate with customers with overdue payments

o Communicate with customers with overdue purchase orders

o Submit credit requests


Rentex contribution
5%
o Maintain a presence on LinkedIn to support Rentex information

o Work with Account Managers to develop process and procedures

o Assist phone reception when needed


Work Environment

This job operates in a warehouse/office environment.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are subject to change and may rotate. Needs of the business may dictate long hours and weekend work during high demand periods.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • 4-year college degree
