Position Summary:
The Business & Operations Associate supports day-to-day business functions, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with administrative, customer service, and logistics-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Customer Support (40%)
- Handle reception, answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers with inquiries.
- Oversee rental check-in/check-out processes, ensuring all prerequisites are met (e.g., insurance, damage protection, payment, upsells).
- Conduct renter due diligence and verification procedures.
- Prepare rental units for customers, including basic maintenance, inventory management, and cleaning.
- Track inventory levels and assist with purchasing and vendor management.
Administrative & Business Support (30%)
- Manage daily schedules, including employee and rental scheduling.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, employee communications, and administrative support.
- Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business performance.
- Maintain and organize business records and operational data.
- Provide real-time assistance to executives and team members as needed.
Marketing & Business Development (20%)
- Assist with social media content creation and online presence management.
- Support business development initiatives, including researching acquisition targets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute insights to business growth strategies.
Special Projects & Miscellaneous (10%)
- Execute ad hoc assignments as needed to support business operations.
- Assist in developing SOPs and operational workflows.

Pay Range:
- Full-Time: $15 - $34 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
- Part-Time: $12 - $30 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
