The Manager of Sales Process and Compliance is responsible for overseeing the sales process to ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. This role involves developing and implementing sales processes, compliance strategies, optimizing sales workflows, and collaborating with sales teams and various departments to enhance operational efficiency while mitigating compliance risks and increase field, inside and National Account efficiency and consistency.

The Manager of Sales Process and Compliance is responsible for overseeing the sales process to ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. This role involves developing and implementing sales processes, compliance strategies, optimizing sales workflows, and collaborating with sales teams and various departments to enhance operational efficiency while mitigating compliance risks and increase field, inside and National Account efficiency and consistency.

- Achieve company financial profit expectations
- Sales Process Management
- Design, implement, and optimize sales processes to align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. - Analyze existing sales workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Compliance Oversight
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. - Develop and maintain compliance programs, including training sessions for sales teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation
- Conduct regular assessments to identify compliance risks within the sales process, Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with sales leadership and other departments to foster a culture of compliance and operational excellence. Act as a liaison between the sales team and legal/compliance departments to address any issues or concerns.
- Performance Monitoring
- Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor compliance adherence and sales process effectiveness. Prepare and present reports on compliance status, sales performance, and process improvements to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices that may impact sales processes and compliance. - Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of sales processes while ensuring compliance.
Required Experience
- 5 years in Sales Management or Leadership roles managing people and processes
- 5 years of experience in strategy and strategic oversight and execution
- Thorough understanding of sales and training processes
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication and collaboration skills
