Position Overview
As Senior or Staff Product Designer, you"ll play a critical role in defining the agent experience within RentSpree. Real estate agents are at the core of our platform, and your work will directly impact how they navigate and leverage our tools to streamline their rental workflow, delivering solutions that make agents more efficient and successful.
This is an end-to-end product design role, where you'll own projects from discovery to launch, working closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to craft best-in-class experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Shape the strategy for RentSpree's agent experience, contributing to complex, high-impact design initiatives from concept to launch.
- Deliver high-quality designs that balance vision, craft, speed, and business potential.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional partners to help shape and execute on the product roadmap.
- Advocate for users, working closely with research, customer support, and data teams to understand what users need, want, and love about RentSpree.
- Drive strategic initiatives while also tackling tactical optimizations that improve usability and efficiency.
- Use data and insights to inform design decisions, refining and improving the user experience.
- Share your work regularly, presenting designs and gathering feedback from peers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to our design team's culture and strategy, fostering collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning.
