Position: Leasing Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM software to correspond with potential prospects and schedule onsite tours in adherence to Fair Housing Laws.
- Communicate and assist residents, prospects, vendors, and the onsite team daily to ensure professionalism.
- Build brand loyalty and achieve resident retention and new occupancy by providing excellent customer service and fostering resident rapport.
- Confidently understand resident ledgers, including account balances.
- Employ strong marketing skills to promote property exposure on social media platforms and local businesses.
- Work Tuesday through Saturday, assisting prospects with community tours and outreach marketing.
- Be sales-oriented, driven, and dedicated to the property's success.
- Collaborate with the onsite team on all aspects of performance.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience
- Proficiency in social media
- Experience with Realpage, OneSite, Knock, or similar software programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and HRM software
- Professional appearance and business attire
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional grammar
- Ability to achieve aggressive leasing goals
- Experience with lease-ups; build-to-rent experience preferred
