Marketing Campaign & Events Leader
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Campaign & Events Leader to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, this role involves managing internal and external campaigns, planning and executing impactful events, managing promotional materials, and supporting the design of marketing assets as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and proficient in Adobe design software for visual content creation, experienced in planning events, and experienced utilizing customer relationship management software (Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities:
o Evaluate current and past customer engagement initiatives to establish gaps in customer outreach.
o Design engagement programs and campaigns including email, social media, web, and other digital and print mediums.
o Design customer success journey’s for various customer types and build programs to support creating unique and value additive experiences. This will involve engaging departments internally to help enhance customer interactions with our internal personnel and processes.
o Work directly with the Senior Brand strategist and Digital Media Specialist to ensure that the RMS voice and branding remains consistent in all content and activities.
o Plan and execute various types of events including trade shows in alignment with marketing and sales goals, ensuring smooth logistics and brand consistency.
o Collaborate with sales teams to align event goals with overall marketing and business objectives.
o Coordinated closely with the sales team to ensure all booth items, promotional materials, and marketing assets were accurately selected, prepared, and delivered to event locations on time.
o Managed post-event logistics, including the return and inventorying of excess materials, ensuring proper organization and availability for future use.
o Work directly with the Sales and Marketing Administrator and other key personnel to ensure that the tracking of budgets, inventory, and collateral are accurate and reported.
o Maintained a detailed inventory tracking to monitor promotional items and optimize resource allocation for upcoming events.
o Gather and analyze feedback and evaluate post-event success against goals to inform future planning.
o Track and purchase promotional materials needed for events. Manage relationships with vendors, printers, and partners for event execution.
o Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create or modify event-related materials such as banners, brochures, and digital assets.
o Proactively assist the marketing department in various capacities as needed, contributing to a cohesive and collaborative "teamwork" environment. This includes offering support on cross-functional projects, sharing insights to drive collective objectives, and being adaptable to shifting priorities within the department.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
o 2-4 years minimum experience in event planning and marketing.
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and vendor relations.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
o Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and event management tools is a plus.
o Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
