Experience & Requirements
3 years of experience leading a painting crew or field team (required)
5 years of hands-on painting experience in residential / commercial projects (required)
Strong understanding of painting processes, surface preparation, and coatings (required)
Experience in training, coaching, and managing crew performance (required)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
