About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to sell third-party services to multi-family apartment owners in the Greensboro, Winston-Salem market. This is a fully commission-based role, meaning the harder you work, the more you earn—with no cap on your income!
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and engage multi-family property owners
- Sell third-party services that enhance property value and operations
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Drive revenue growth within a market of over 400,000 units
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize deal flow
Who You Are:
- Experienced in Property Management sales & Real Estate knowledge (Required)
- Self-motivated & entrepreneurial mindset

- Strong network in the multi-family housing industry (a plus!)
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales goals
