We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead sales efforts, securing third-party property management contracts with multi-family apartment owners.
This is a 100% commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for a motivated sales professional who excels at relationship-building, strategic prospecting, and closing deals in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue multi-family property owners and investors seeking professional property management services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals.
- Educate potential clients on RENU’s industry-leading property management solutions and value proposition.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on real estate market trends in the Triad region to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with RENU’s corporate team to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, real estate, or property management services.
- Existing network of multi-family property owners, investors, or industry professionals in the Triad area is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a commission-driven environment.
