This brand-new, luxury townhome community in Greensboro, NC, is in an A location, offering high-end finishes, modern amenities, and an upscale living experience. With 177 spacious townhomes, this property is designed for discerning residents who expect the best.
About the Role
As the Property Manager, you will oversee the successful lease-up, daily operations, and resident satisfaction of this luxury townhome community. You will be responsible for achieving occupancy goals, maintaining the highest level of service, and ensuring the financial success of the property.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the lease-up strategy to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Oversee daily operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and vendor management
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract high-quality residents
- Maintain the property’s luxury brand image and ensure top-tier customer service
- Analyze market trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly
- Build and lead a high-performing on-site team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Manage budgets, financials, and reporting to maximize NOI
Who You Are:
- At least five years of experience in property management, specifically with high-end properties and luxury lease-ups (Required)
- Strong leader & team builder with excellent people management skills
- Detail-oriented & highly organized with a track record of operational success
- Sales & marketing savvy, with the ability to drive leasing performance
- Exceptional customer service & problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using modern property management software
