Quick story time…
Warren Buffet and one of his closest friends graduated from Columbia business school at the same time. He said that guy was smarter and harder working than Warren. Don’t get me wrong, you still need skills, and you still need hard work. But sometimes the grass IS actually greener on the other side. You can exponentially grow your income with the exact same skills by simply applying it to the right opportunity.

DAILY JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Daily team meeting
- Drive to assigned canvassing area
- Knock doors and talk with prospects to set appointments for in home presentation
- Show up for scheduled appointments and present high quality home improvement products (Primarily energy efficient residential replacement windows)
- Daily reporting of numbers (track > measure > improve > repeat) updating CRM is part of the job for a sales professional, and not optional.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Full-time positions only. This is for sales professionals looking for a fulfilling career.
- Experience - sales experience is a huge plus, but not required if…
- You’re good with people and have:
- Grit
- Persistence
- Unbeatable work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Coachable
- Hunger… if you stay hungry (but you’re not desperate and reek of commission breath) then you will succeed in this role. If you’re not growing, you’re dying.
